SHIPPING & REFUNDS

SHIPPING POLICY

Due to our limited production and small scale, we are not set up to provide shipping at this time.  All wine purchased online will be available for pickup on site during our open house weekend in October.    Please send us an email so we can make arrangements for pickup or delivery if you are unable to join us at the open house.

REFUND POLICY

We will replace or refund any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed, or otherwise deemed to be unsatisfactory.   We ask that the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement or refund. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed.

 

If you are dissatisfied with our products, we would like the chance to correct the situation.  Please contact us to arrange for the return of  the corked or flawed product.  Once the wine is received we will refund your credit card account for the full cost of the wine.
